IN THE EVENT OF BEREAVEMENT

Unfortunately at some point in most people’s lives they will be required to arrange a
funeral for a loved one.

At Kirkwoods we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to give personal assistance to the bereaved.

In the event of the death of a loved one a doctor should be called initially once death has occurred. At this point you should also call Kirkwood’s Funeral Directors on:
028 9040 1199 or 028 9182 8118 and we will be available to provide immediate help, guidance and support.

As your chosen Funeral Director our role is to tailor all arrangements to meet your needs from this point onward. Once engaged, Kirkwoods will initially liaise with doctors and will guarantee the deceased is treated in a dignified and respectful manner prior to the funeral service.

For many the first 24 to 48 hours is the most difficult time in the bereavement process and we are on hand to not only ensure all procedures are followed correctly but also to provide assurance and support at this most difficult time.

We offer comprehensive funeral services for all nationalities, creeds, religions and denominations. In the event that you have any specific requirements for the deceased please inform us at this initial stage and we will see to it that your needs are met.
